The academy emphasizes the core BJJ philosophy that technique overcomes raw strength, teaching students effective self-defense through ground fighting, joint locks, and choke holds. Training includes regular sparring (rolling) sessions to develop real combat skills in a safe, supportive environment. The program offers multiple classes throughout the week with morning, midday, and evening sessions to accommodate different schedules. New students can try the program for free during the last week of every month before committing to membership.
