The coaching team at Brú Grappling is led by Sam Mc Nally, one of Ireland's most accomplished grapplers and an ADCC European Champion, ADCC Worlds Veteran, and IBJJF NoGi Worlds Medalist at black belt level. The team also includes Ryan McDermott (black belt in BJJ), Richie Smullen (black belt and professional MMA fighter), Amy Scully (2x IMMAF World Champion and IBJJF Kids European Champion), and Emily Manning (black belt and studio manager). The gym offers programs in Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi grappling, and submission wrestling, along with dedicated kids programs starting at age 7.
