On the **mat, we learn to overcome challenges** , and in life, we become unstoppable.

The **Japanese kanji** we wear on our GIs does not mean “Legacy,” but **heroic courage** .

Because here you learn both to **win** and to **know your limits** – and to work on them with **discipline** and **patience** .

If you are looking for a **complete sport** like **Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu** , **boxing** or **grappling** ,
