Sasaki started training with no prior martial arts experience and went on to become a professional MMA fighter, eventually winning a championship belt before retiring in 2013. His journey from complete beginner to champion informs his teaching philosophy - that martial arts is accessible to everyone regardless of background or experience level. The gym has successfully trained both amateur and professional fighters, including world-ranked competitors and champions.
The dojo offers a welcoming environment with many female and youth members, as well as adults training for fitness and recreation. Training programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Kickboxing, and MMA, with classes structured for different age groups and skill levels. The facility emphasizes safe, enjoyable training while building both physical strength and mental resilience.
