Classes are structured for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, with dedicated Beginner, Regular, and Kids programs. Regular Class
Open to anyone from beginners to experienced practitioners aged 15 and above. The 60-minute class flows through warm-up, technique practice, and sparring. Open mat time is also available after class for technique review and additional sparring.
