**Description:** 10P Bergen is the first 10th Planet affiliated jiu-jitsu gym in Norway, founded in August 2015 by Frode Nilsen, a 10th Planet Black Belt. It trains exclusively no-gi jiu-jitsu, offering 32 sessions a month for both beginners and advanced athletes, and also coaches some of Bergen's up-and-coming pro MMA athletes. The gym is currently led by Head Instructor Benjamin "Benji-San" Mercury Ito.
