The gym specializes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a Checkmat affiliate under Ricardo and Leo Vieira. Head instructor Audun Martinsen holds a first-degree black belt under Rico Vieira and has been training actively since 2010. He has achieved multiple international competition successes, including two IBJJF Master European Championship gold medals and two silver medals. Audun also brings extensive experience in self-defense and arrest techniques from his time as a police instructor. In addition to BJJ, the gym offers high-quality Muay Thai instruction led by Frank Hofstetter, a Swedish champion and World Championship medalist who has been training since 1995 and brings years of experience training in Thailand.
Rambukk offers diverse training programs including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling, CrossTraining (functional fitness), and Yoga (Vinyasa and flexibility-focused). The gym caters to all age groups with specialized kids programs (BJJ Kids, Thai Kids, and Ninjaskolen for ages 4-6), youth programs (ages 14-19), and adult classes ranging from beginner to competition level.
