The academy offers comprehensive training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi grappling, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, and Krav Maga Kapap. With state-of-the-art facilities spread across two floors, Pretorian features Olympic-standard tatami mats, a regulation boxing ring, extensive striking equipment including heavy bags and speed bags, and a dedicated functional training area with free weights, kettlebells, and calisthenics equipment.
The BJJ program is led by Johan Sifontes, a black belt who began training at age 19 in Caracas, Venezuela under Héctor "Pipo" Moya (2nd degree black belt). After competing successfully in both Gi and No-Gi in Venezuela and the USA (2004-2007), Johan moved to Spain and trained under Rafael Haubert at Barcelona Jiu Jitsu. He earned his purple belt in 2010, brown belt in 2014, and black belt in 2017. Johan is dedicated to transmitting the values, culture, and technical excellence of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to students of all ages in Galicia.
