**Description:** Classes run five days a week across Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, K1 kickboxing, wrestling and MMA for 3-14 year olds, with a separate 15+ striking programme and a ladies-only kickboxing class for ages 13 and up. Head coaches Melissa Mullins and Shaquille Buckley train under Professor Ben Robson at Faber Jiu Jitsu while coaching at Levels; Melissa is an active UFC bantamweight fighter and a 2023 IBJJF No-Gi World Champion, and Shaquille has competed widely in grappling since starting in 2020. Coach James Lilly brings over a decade of striking and MMA competition experience. Students are graded under the IBJJF kids belt system for Jiu-Jitsu and a regular grading syllabus for K1 Kickboxing.
