Classes are structured to include dynamic drilling sessions, positional rolling, free sparring, movement drills, and mobility work, creating an environment focused on learning, improvement, and understanding the "why" behind techniques. The gym offers a beginner-friendly atmosphere where new students can learn at their own pace, with no experience required. Dark Path Grappling trains out of Hone Gym in Godalming and welcomes both adults and teens (ages 12-15) to "walk the Dark Path."

Adults BJJ (Gi)
Traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class in the gi, focusing on modern techniques inspired by top-level competitors. Includes warmup, drilling, technique instruction, and sparring. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.
Tuesday (2 classes)
Teens BJJ
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for teens aged 12-15. Structured class led by a second degree black belt instructor, focusing on teamwork, body awareness, and technique-based learning through drills. No previous experience needed.
Adults BJJ

Thursday (1 class)
No-Gi / Submission Grappling
Grappling without the gi, wearing compression gear (rashguard and spats). Focuses on submission grappling techniques used in modern BJJ and MMA. Class structure includes warmup, drilling, technique, and sparring.
Saturday (1 class)
Open Mat
Free-form training session with no structured instruction. Ideal for all levels to roll, drill, work on specific techniques, or get extra mat time. A great opportunity for social connection while training.
