Head instructor Ezequiel Souza brings extensive experience to BJJ HOUSE ACADEMY, having trained under Roger Gracie, a 10x World Champion and widely regarded as one of the greatest BJJ competitors of all time. The academy offers specialized programs including kids' classes (divided into three age groups: BJJ 1 for ages 5-7, BJJ 2 for ages 8-10, and BJJ 3 for ages 11-15), adult fundamentals and advanced classes, No-Gi grappling, Ladies BJJ, and complementary training including Mobility and Yoga classes. The welcoming and inclusive community features students from diverse backgrounds, with experienced instructors dedicated to helping each student reach their goals whether for fitness, competition, or personal development.
