Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a standing and ground grappling method of fighting. You will explore various arm locks, leg locks, shoulder locks, chokes, escapes, defenses and various other grappling strategies. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will teach you how to control, dominate and submit an opponent who can be much larger, stronger and faster than you are!
There is a strong focus on body mechanics and leverage to help develop your game plan. No other art effectively addresses ground grappling than BJJ. We offer classes not only to build and develop skills and techniques of BJJ but the mental skills of confidence, awareness and agility.
