The gym offers comprehensive programs including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai, wrestling, fitness kickboxing, and specialized kids programs in BJJ, karate, wrestling, and Muay Thai.
Adrian Luna serves as co-owner and head instructor, holding a second-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Andy and Mikey Main. His martial arts journey began in childhood with Taekwondo and continued through high school wrestling before discovering his true passion in BJJ. He has competed extensively in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, kickboxing, and judo. Colleen Luna is co-owner and instructor, also holding a BJJ black belt under Andy and Mikey Main. She discovered martial arts through a friend's invitation and quickly fell in love with the community and training lifestyle. Together, they focus on helping students crush their goals while building a strong, supportive martial arts family.

Fitness Kickboxing
High-energy, fun classes accessible for all fitness levels. Learn kickboxing techniques through dynamic workouts combining striking drills, cardio, and strength exercises.
Kids Karate (Ages 4-5)
Teaches Ishinryu Karate with emphasis on strikes, blocks, stances, and kata. Split into two age groups (4-5 & 6+) for age-appropriate instruction. Develops discipline, focus, and self-confidence.
Wrestling (K-6)
High-level training modeled after high school and collegiate competition standards. Taught by a 4-time All American, covering takedowns, control, transitions, and mat strategy.

Teaches fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Helps kids develop discipline, focus, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
Adults Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)
Grappling-based martial art focused on leverage, technique, and submissions. Emphasizes ground control, escapes, and applying joint locks and chokes. Open to all levels with morning, daytime, and evening sessions.
Adults Muay Thai
Focuses on developing strong technique, proper striking mechanics, and fight-specific skills. Learn fundamentals of punches, kicks, knees, elbows, clinch work, and defensive movement. Optional sparring available after class.
