Understanding **BJJ strategy**, **Balance, Pressure, and Leverage (BPL)**, as well as the **Hierarchy of Needs (HON)** is critical to the development of a grappler and rarely taught inside an academy class setting. These concepts are building blocks and should be learned early in a BJJ practitioner's grappling career. We're here to provide that knowledge.
