The gym offers comprehensive training programs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (both Gi and No-Gi), Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Their Combat Kids program provides BJJ, boxing, and MMA fundamentals in a fun, safe environment for children ages 5-14. All programs are designed to accommodate complete beginners while also providing elite-level training for competitive fighters.
Head coach and owner Charles "Chainsaw" McCarthy is a UFC veteran and former cast member of The Ultimate Fighter Season 4, holding a 4th degree BJJ black belt. Charles brings over two decades of elite combat sports experience and has hand-selected and personally trains each coach on staff to ensure every student receives world-class instruction. The gym has trained hundreds of members and maintains a 5-star rating from its community.
