The coaching team includes experienced instructors Dru Phoenix, Gerard Dudamell, Garrett Fosdick, Joshua Thanos, and Carlos "Rock" Acevedo. A&M takes pride in their supportive community atmosphere, where members support each other both on and off the mat. The gym offers comprehensive training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, and strength & conditioning for both adults and children. Their vision is to continue growing and training world-class athletes in Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, with aspirations of developing UFC-level competitors.
