## Overview

**Name:** EFJ

**Description:** The trial class is for those who have never tried Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before. It will prepare you to safely enter group classes. When you schedule your class, you will have your date and time set, your GI separated ready and clean, you will start your class in a very light way through the essential movements and techniques of out instructors. There will be no rolls “sparring” or complicated techniques involved in this class; you will learn basic movements that anyone can engage in.
