Miller Martial Arts and Fitness is led by professional MMA fighter and second-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Cole Miller. Cole was raised in Middle Georgia and was a standout baseball player at Mount de Sales Academy before committing to MMA training full time. After several professional fights, Cole trained at the legendary American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Florida, and went on to star in The Ultimate Fighter Season 5. Cole has had a long and successful career in the UFC, with ten years and over 20 fights with the promotion. In May 2017, Cole opened American Top Team Warner Robins to share the techniques that made him a top contender with the residents of Middle Georgia.
The academy is part of the American Top Team network and offers comprehensive coaching in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking (including Muay Thai and kickboxing), mixed martial arts, and yoga. The gym welcomes students of all ages and abilities, from kids martial arts programs to adult training for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The mission at Miller Martial Arts is to provide comprehensive coaching each day, teaching martial arts at more than just a surface level by focusing on the mechanics and fundamentals of each skill. The academy emphasizes technique-focused training and regularly hosts seminars with top UFC athletes and BJJ grapplers.
