We make sure every day that our students are encouraged to be their best. Our team uplifts everyone who walks through the doors past fears and to discover their comfort level with us. We focus on a strong mindset as well as effective, efficient Jiu Jitsu for self defense and especially competition. And here – we practice what we preach. Many of our instructors, including co-owner Dania Seaver, the first Palestinian woman to earn a black belt, still compete on the mat. This has made us the best competition Jiu Jitsu gym in the area. But we are more than just a competition gym. Culture matters just as much. Every year we lead 10-15 social gatherings and outings to build camaraderie and togetherness. All we do is to support everyone who wants to take martial arts lessons. Whatever you need, we are here for you!
