The Ares BJJ Plant City is a family owned and operated business teaching Striking, Karate, Combatives, Muay Lao, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self-defense, as well as fitness classes and one-on-one personal training. We also offer Plant City parents an after school program, spring break, and summer camp. Renshi Q, head instructor and owner holds a 7th Degree Black Belt with over 30 years experience and is a National Competitor and Champion with Bad Boys National Karate Tram and Team USA. Our program strives to instill not only discipline, but also confidence, drive, loyalty, humility, and passion. Ares invites you to join our family!
