**Name:** Detroit Jiu-Jitsu Syndicate

**Description:** Established in 2007, Detroit Jiu-Jitsu Academy is one of Michigan's most respected and decorated BJJ academies. The program has produced multiple IBJJF world champions, Pan American champions, world and Pan American medalists, along with countless local tournament champions.

Founded by Danny Agemy, a multi-time champion, the academy operates from an impressive 18,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art training facility. The facility features 5,000 sq. ft. of mat space in the grappling room, over 3,000 sq. ft. of additional mat space in the Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing area (complete with dozens of different bags), a 26-foot professional MMA cage, a 4,000 sq. ft. private workout gym with all-day access for members, a large lounge for parents and guests, showers, and plenty of parking. As an IBJJF certified school, Detroit Jiu-Jitsu adheres to the highest standards in the sport.

Detroit Jiu-Jitsu Academy is also proud to have Metro Detroit's largest and most successful kids' class, emphasizing confidence-building and bully-proofing. Every BJJ class is taught by an IBJJF certified black belt, ensuring world-class instruction. The academy combines elite-level training with a supportive community atmosphere, creating an environment where students master techniques rapidly. With daily classes for kids and adults covering BJJ (gi and no-gi), MMA, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, Detroit Jiu-Jitsu is a complete combative performance center where students can accomplish all their martial arts goals under one roof.
