**Name:** Mixed Grappling Arts

**Description:** Mike and Lenna Uhlinger always dreamed of opening their own Jiu Jitsu Gym. Together they opened MGA Jiu Jitsu in 2012 and have been teaching and running it since.

Jiu Jitsu is a challenging and rewarding martial art. Unlike many other martial arts, it has no striking, instead it takes place mostly on the ground and uses techniques and leverage that lead to applying submission holds, like Arm Bars and Triangle Chokes.
