Diamondheart PCC has built a reputation as a safe, supportive space for all students, particularly women entering martial arts for the first time. The community-focused gym offers programs ranging from Little Diamonds youth classes (ages 6-11) to competition team training, along with specialty classes in kettlebells, yoga, and athletic development. With classes seven days a week from early morning to evening, the gym serves the Brooklyn community with comprehensive martial arts training in a modern, well-equipped facility.
