Professor Leonardo Delgado is a 3rd degree black belt with over 20 years of experience. He is a 3x World Champion, 2x Pan American Champion, and 3x American National Champion. He is an active competitor who builds resilient students from the ground up. The academy also features Fitness Head Coach Thais Araujo, a Personal Trainer from São Paulo, Brazil with a degree in Physical Education and over 10 years of experience, who leads the G.R.I.T. (Group Resistance Intensity Training) fitness classes.
