**Description:** Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian martial art that consists of joint locks, chokes, and ground self defense. It is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world and is much needed to make a well rounded martial artist. Most self defense situations end up on the ground and we feel it is very important for you to give yourself the best chance to learn how to defend yourself.

Jiu Jitsu can be practiced by people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. We have a very diverse class and a very friendly environment. We allow people to participate in one free class and offer classes four times a week.
