The gym offers Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes for kids (ages 5-15) and adults (16+), a women's-only class taught by a female instructor, and a striking program. Other instructors include Mike Weaver (2nd degree black belt) and James Fisher (1st degree black belt, also a Judo brown belt).
