Alpha & Omega BJJ was born out of love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We take training seriously, but we also take protecting our students seriously. Proper technique is our primary emphasis. We want you to feel challenged yet accomplished in your journey.
Our goal is to help you overcome hurdles on your way to becoming a more confident and disciplined version of yourself. Knowing jiu-jitsu comes with power, but a force that should only be harnessed when necessary.
