Chris Downing has been training jiu jitsu for almost two decades and received his black belt under Alex Britto in 2015. Shannon Downing is a brown belt who has been training since 2011. The gym offers three levels of youth classes (Little Eagles, Youth, and Teens) that teach respect, control, character, and confidence. The youth program specifically teaches children how to safely diffuse encounters without violence using leverage-based holds and defensive maneuvers instead of punches and kicks.

Tuesday (5 classes)
Gi Fundamentals Jiu-Jitsu
Adult beginner-friendly program with detailed instruction and monitored sparring. Students compile basic techniques to put immediately into practice.
Teen Jiu Jitsu (Ages 13+)
Teen program (ages 13+) teaching respect, control, character, and confidence. Students learn leverage-based techniques for self-defense without violence.
No Gi Fundamentals
Fundamental no-gi grappling techniques for beginners. Focuses on basic techniques without the gi.
No Gi Intermediate
Intermediate level no-gi grappling building on fundamental techniques learned in beginner classes.
Cassidy Brothers Muay Thai
Traditional Muay Thai training taught by Kevin Cassidy. Students learn striking techniques, clinch work, and conditioning.
