**Name:** Flow Theory Grappling

**Description:** Join our program, which is modeled after John Danaher's New Wave (now Kingsway) philosophies. Not all of us can move to Austin to train with the best in the world, but you can at least train with like-minded practitioners, here in north Houston.

 

We know a lot of people want to train like a pro and in a room full of hungry and talented grapplers, but can't commit the time to train twice a day. If that's you, get in contact with us!
