Mr. Gary Meek has been in martial arts for more than 30 years and currently holds a Black Belt in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu under Master Eddie Bravo and a 5th Degree Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do. Mr. Meek has been a combat tactics and certified Krav Maga instructor for the military and law enforcement; as well as leading many protective service operations for senior military and political figures during his military career as an Office of Special Investigations (OSI) Special Agent.
S.I.M.S. Martial Arts and Fitness Academy in O’Fallon Illinois, teaches the arts of ITF Taekwon-Do, SIMS, Cage Fitness, and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Like 10th Planet, by using “No Way as Way”, S.I.M.S. (Science of Integrated Martial Systems) merges aspects of Jujitsu, Taekwon-Do, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do/Jun fan gung fu, Kali, and more to create a unique martial system created by 10th Planet Omaha Head Instructor, Derek Stewart.
