Professor Ricardo Rocha Lima brings over a decade of black belt experience to his students, having received his black belt in July 2013 under Marcos Antônio Barbosa. With 35 years of martial arts experience and an impressive competition record, including victories at IBJJF championships, Ricardo has established Estavel Academy as a respected training center in the Utah BJJ community.
The academy offers a comprehensive training environment for students of all levels, emphasizing technical proficiency, competition preparation, and the traditional values of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are held throughout the week with morning sessions during weekdays and extended hours on weekends to accommodate various schedules.
