EBA offers a comprehensive program structure catering to all ages and skill levels. Their curriculum includes Basics classes for beginners (Tuesday & Thursday 6pm), Advanced classes for experienced students (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday), No-Gi training (Wednesday), and dedicated Kids programs for ages 5 and up (Monday-Thursday 5pm Gi, Friday No-Gi). With classes seven days a week and a welcoming environment, EBA Jiu-Jitsu has established itself as one of the premier BJJ schools in the East Bay area.
