The school underwent several changes before finding its home as part of the Renzo Gracie network, discovering a community and mission that matched their core values of respect, discipline, and mutual support.

The academy is led by Professor Mauro and Professor Sabrina, both experienced black belt instructors dedicated to empowering students through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The program focuses on building confidence, teaching respect and discipline, promoting health and fitness, and creating a welcoming community where everyone supports each other. The academy offers both gi and no-gi training for adults, as well as comprehensive youth programs including Cubs (younger children) and Lions (older children) classes.

Renzo Gracie Lynden is proud to be a We Defy affiliate academy, demonstrating their commitment to making a difference in the community.
