KAIZEN is a state-of-the-art 10,000-square-foot fitness facility located on Route 53 in Norwell, Massachusetts. Founded by three families united by a shared passion for improvement and helping others, KAIZEN offers a comprehensive fitness community where adults and children can train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, yoga, barre, and various fitness disciplines all under one roof. The facility features four distinct training areas providing a diverse offering of fitness options in a welcoming, respectful, and caring environment.
Professor Bruno "Jacaré" Dias leads the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program as a 3rd stripe black belt under the legendary Professor Marco Barbosa. Professor Bruno is also a brown belt in judo and a seasoned Muay Thai fighter (5-1 record). With over 20 years of experience, he is widely regarded as one of the top competitors and coaches in the Northeast. His accomplishments include 6x Brazilian State Champion, 5x Boston Open Champion, 4x New York Open Champion, No-Gi World Champion, and multiple professional MMA fights. He has also coached juvenile students to win GI and No-Gi Worlds.
KAIZEN's philosophy centers on becoming 1% better every day through a value-focused approach that teaches integrity, respect, humility, and discipline. The facility provides experienced world-class instructors, a family-friendly environment, and a supportive community where members can discover their edge through martial arts programming, power yoga classes, movement classes, and access to a modern cardio and weight area. Additional amenities include a lounge and coworking area where members can work productively while preparing to train or waiting for family members.
