As the founder and head coach of Roots System BJJ, he has built a strong community focused on skill development and discipline. He also serves as the president of ADCC Romania, contributing to the growth of competitive grappling in the region. A black belt under Tudor Mihăiță at Absoluto, Alexandru continues to inspire and guide athletes on their martial arts journey.
