Former European champion who competed for Team Megaton/Gracie Humaita in Brazil, USA, and Europe. François had the honor of meeting legendary figures including Helio Gracie, Royler, Rolker, and Rickson Gracie while competing. He practices and teaches both BJJ and freediving, viewing them as a perfect combination. Beyond martial arts, he shares his passion for creating a lifestyle and art of living.
