She studied nutrition to support her athletic career, and when Marinho relocated to Qatar, Dias transitioned to the Dream Art group—earning her brown belt there—before later joining Melqui Galvão’s squad while keeping ties with Marinho. Promoted to black belt by Marinho on November 24, 2021, her record is unusual because BJJ Heroes includes her AJP brown belt matches against black belts, counting them for historic purposes.
