Dinca, a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, has been honing his skills since September 2011. Earning his black belt in August 2018, he transitioned into coaching in 2016, driven by his passion for passing on knowledge and pushing his students to surpass him. At Absoluto Cotroceni, he specializes in training intermediate and advanced groups, alongside offering private lessons. Jiu Jitsu has profoundly impacted his life—not only shaping his career but also leading him to meet his wife, a fellow practitioner and competitor. While an occasional competitor himself, Mihai takes pride in his role as a coach, having contributed to the success of club champions like Adrian Baciu, Marc Balasescu, and Bogdan Ungureanu.
