Australia’s first female BJJ Black Belt Sophia's competitive career has brought her all over the world, including Australia, the United States, Japan, Brazil, and Europe. She has a vast experience in the sport, having won several state, national, Pan-Pacific, Pacific, and Pan-American titles, as well as multiple No Gi World Champion and World Champion titles.

Aside from Jiu Jitsu, Sophia is a nutrition specialist and qualified personal trainer who focuses on teaching functional strength and conditioning.
