We offer instruction in MMA, boxing, wrestling, Thai boxing and of course the all important 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu.
All of our instructors have proven track records in their chosen field, including British and European champions and an Olympic class wrestler.
Instructor Bio
Mick Broster is both the head 10th Planet jiu jitsu and head MMA coach at 10th Planet Birmingham
Mick has been training in MMA and submission fighting since early 1997 starting out at one of the UK’s oldest MMA clubs – the Tap Out Academy.
