Roger Gracie Euston

Roger Gracie Academy Euston is part of the renowned Roger Gracie network, led by 10-time world champion Roger Gracie, widely regarded as the greatest of all time (GOAT) in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The academy operates under the philosophy that Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective, reality-based fighting systems in the world, trusted by families, business executives, national armies, and law enforcement globally.

The academy is headed by Professor Henrique Jr "Juniao," a 3rd Degree Black Belt under Roger Gracie. Prof. Juniao is a multi-trophy winning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense instructor who joined the Roger Gracie Academy as a blue belt and developed his skills under Roger's direct instruction. He has become one of the leading instructors for both beginner and advanced/competition classes at the academy. As an active coach and instructor since 2009, Prof. Juniao is also a 3-time European Champion and continues to compete at the highest levels.

Created by the Gracie Family, the fundamental premise of Jiu-Jitsu is that 90% of fights end up on the ground. As such, Jiu-Jitsu focuses primarily on effective ground fighting, with the goal of putting an opponent into situations where joint locks and/or chokes can be applied to force submission. The academy offers programs for all ages and skill levels, from introductory classes to advanced competition training.
