Busy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Busy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Busy BJJ) is one of the premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academies in the Denver metropolitan area, serving Centennial, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Littleton, Aurora, Highlands Ranch and surrounding communities. Founded by Professor Mario "Busy" Correa, a black belt born in Rio de Janeiro, the birthplace of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the academy brings authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tradition and world-class instruction to Colorado.

Professor Mario Correa began his training under world-class competitors Roberto "Gordo" Correa and Vinicius "Draculino" Magalhaes before joining the famed Gracie Barra Academy in 2002. He received his brown belt from Professor Marcio Feitosa and his black belt directly from Master Carlos Gracie Jr. in Brazil. His competitive accomplishments include winning the first Brazilian National Championships in 1993, bronze at the 1999 Brazilian Nationals, silver at the 2004 Brazilian Nationals, and gold at the 2008 BJJ Pan-Am Championships.

Busy BJJ offers comprehensive programs for all ages and skill levels, including Busy Bees (kids program focusing on coordination, discipline and self-defense), Fundamentals (beginners learning core positions and techniques), Intermediate (advanced techniques and free sparring), Advanced (elite training for blue belts and above), and specialized Takedowns classes taught by Coach Tom (black belt in Judo, purple belt in BJJ). The academy emphasizes technical precision, student safety, and building confidence through martial arts training. They offer a 7-day free trial for new students.
