10th Planet Burbank hosted a Jeff Glover seminar in September 2012. The seminar was great (thanks to Cade Nelson for hook'n it up). Jeff showed some deep half, the 7 year old choke, and of course darce chokes, along with these example stability ball exercises to improve balance and movement for jiu jitsu.
