With a background that includes an 8-year career as a Royal Marines Commando and competitive experience in rugby, powerlifting, strongman, fell running, CrossFit, and Hyrox, Aaron brings over 15 years of real-world training and performance knowledge to the gym floor. Having played rugby at elite levels—including two appearances at Twickenham for the Army vs Navy match—he understands the demands placed on both body and mind.

Aaron is also a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, using his expertise to help clients recover from injury and move pain-free. His coaching focuses on building functional strength, improving mobility, and making training both purposeful and enjoyable. At Peak Power Gym, Aaron's mission is to help you move better, feel stronger, and train without fear.
