#178 Main Event Recap, Mindset, and Creative Winning Strategies
As a fellow Jiu Jitsu practitioner who has struggled with competition anxiety, our host, Josh Mckinney(@thejoshmckinney) will share his recent competition experience and discuss the importance of having a positive mindset when competing.
