Stars and Stripes Design is a throwback to Official Adoption: On June 14, 1777, the Second Continental Congress resolved that the flag of the United States be 13 stripes, alternate red and white, and 13 stars, white in a blue field. This is a nod to some of the history of the united states, Hand Drawn to keep it imperfect and rough as it all started.
