4ft punching bag – Unfilled

Our 4ft punching bag is smaller and lighter, which is great for focusing on footwork, cutting angles and evading the bag while training. This bag responds to your punches, elbows, knees, and kicks; the movement of the bag will force you to develop your footwork as you chase and evade the bag to stay in striking range. In a way, our lighter bag mimics an opponent’s movement much better than a heavy bag that doesn’t move as much.  Thick Ripstop PVC will outlast anything else on the market. Reinforced with a parachute-grade Nylon inner liner. 40″ tall x 16″ wide. High-End Zipper for easy refilling. Bottom of the bag is reinforced with nylon straps. The bottom of these bags bag can be anchored via the attached D-ring. NO more chains. These punching bags are hung in place by four reinforced industrial nylon straps. Optional Foam Inner Liner can be added. Approximately 80lbs (Soft fill) up to 100lbs (Soft fill with Sand) in weight. Save on shipping and fill the bag yourself.
