FEU BJJ is led by Professor Jefferson Stollf Januzzeli, known as "FEU" (a nickname given by his grandmother). He is a 3rd degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and 3rd Dan black belt in Judo with over 32 years of experience in martial arts. The academy is part of the CBJJ (Confederação Brasileira de Jiu-Jitsu) and IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) systems, offering affiliation opportunities for instructors and athletes. Professor FEU has an impressive competitive career with 135 total medals including 79 gold, 37 silver, and 19 bronze medals. His achievements include being a two-time São Paulo State Champion, South American Champion, Brazilian Vice-Champion, 5th place at the World Judo Championships (2007), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion (2010, 2012), and São Paulo State Jiu-Jitsu Champion (2012). He is also recognized as one of the world's leading BJJ educators on YouTube with over 1 million followers, 30 million views, and more than 1,000 instructional videos. FEU BJJ operates both as a physical academy in Paulínia, São Paulo and as an online streaming platform (FEU BJJ Online) providing comprehensive video instruction covering techniques, positions, rolls, competition training, and philosophy. The academy's mission is built on nine pillars: healthy nutrition, physical activity, social ethics, prevention, self-control, self-defense, spirituality, honor/respect/discipline, and humility/honesty. Professor FEU is also known for his community work, having founded the "Projeto Além da Luta" (Beyond the Fight Project) in 2010, which has served over 1,000 underprivileged children with free Judo and Jiu-Jitsu classes.
