Through consistent practice of a grappling sport, a child develops strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, reflexes, concentration, balance, endurance, personality, self-confidence, and body awareness.
Due to the constantly changing situations inherent in grappling sports, children are compelled to stimulate their tactical thinking.
This discipline does not encourage aggression; through his relationship with his peers, the child learns to cooperate, to respect and to develop self-control.
The proposed sport is practiced without blows and kicks in its initial phase, which is safer for children when they begin practicing a martial art.
Although it is originally a martial art, its practice also transmits a certain culture and traditions such as respect, discipline, emotional balance, and introduces many other values into the daily habits of children.
