뉴웨이브 주짓수 낙성대 (NewWave Jiu-Jitsu Nakseongdae) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located in Seoul's Gwanak-gu district, founded and led by Professor Jeong Do Young (정도영). The gym is affiliated with the IBJJF and has established itself as a technical training center focused on high-level BJJ instruction and competition preparation.

Professor Jeong Do Young, known as Jay DY on social media, is an active competitor with an extensive competition history dating back to 2011, including the Adidas Cup (2011), Abu Dhabi Combat Club Korean Championships (2012), and multiple KPC tournaments (2016). He is particularly recognized for his expertise in the Crucifix position system, which he teaches through detailed seminars and instructional content. His YouTube channel (@jaydy1) features over 134 technical videos covering guard passing, berimbolo techniques, and submission systems, with content reaching thousands of practitioners worldwide.

The academy emphasizes personal growth through martial arts, offering training for both hobbyists and those aspiring to become coaches or instructors. NewWave Nakseongdae hosts regular advanced sparring sessions exclusively for purple through black belts, maintaining high standards with a no-rest policy during training rounds. Professor Jeong is sponsored by Able Gi brand and is connected to the broader BJJ community through regular seminars and teaching engagements across Korea.
